Create sharing link for a file or folder Action in SharePoint Connector
This action creates a shared link for a file/folder on SharePoint.
How to use
Select the "SharePoint" connector when adding steps to the flow.

Select "Create sharing link for a file or folder" from the "Actions" menu.

Set parameters.

Parameters.
Site Address
Specify the SharePoint group in which the target for which the shared link is to be created resides.

Library Name
Select "Documents".

Item Id
Specify the ID of the file/folder.

In many cases, dynamic content is specified since it is not selectable on PowerAutomate.
Use dynamic content for the following actions and triggers
- Create file
- Update file
- List folder
- Copy folder
- Move folder
- Get file metadata using path
- Create new folder
- Get folder metadata using path
- When a file is created (properties only)
- When a file is created or modified (properties only)
Link Type
Select the type of sharing.
- View and edit
- View only

Link Scope
- Anyone with the link, including anonymous:An anonymous link that can be accessed by Microsoft accounts outside the organization. Often cannot be created due to organizational settings.
- People in your organization:Only Microsoft accounts of the same organization can access it.

Link Expiration
Only valid if the "Link Scope" is "People in your organization".

Dynamic content
The URL of the "Sharing Link" you created. Send via email, save files, etc.
