This trigger is activated when an item is newly registered or updated in a SharePoint list.
Use this trigger if you want to be notified by email of changes in list items or if you want to save the changes to a file.
How to use
Click on "Create" then "Automated cloud flow".
Specify any name for "Flow name" and select "When an item is created or modified".
When both are specified, "Create" will change color and click on it.
Specifies the group to which the list to be detected belongs.
Specify the list of detection targets.
It is possible to retrieve registered content.
Information about the user who created or modified the item also exists.
