Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a sentence generation AI like ChatCPT.
It works in conjunction with Office (Microsoft 365).

Responds to a specified question.
Create a table of contents or draft of a document.
A specified table of contents and drafts can be assisted.
What is not possible with ChatGPT.
Summarize an email received in Office.
It is possible to summarize an email by specifying the subject line of the email.
It is also possible with ChatGPT if you copy the body of the message.
It is also possible to summarize by time period, such as recent e-mails.
Summarize files stored in OneDrive or SharePoint
You can summarize files by file name, even Office specific files such as Excel and Word.

Getting Started and Conditions.
You must first have a Microsoft 365 account.
Then you will add a "Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365" account.
To start using the service, the Microsoft 365 organization administrator must operate it.
They purchase the software from the "Marketplace" in the "Admin Center".
Then, after the purchase, licenses are assigned to users.
How to use
Select Copilot from the left menu of Microsoft 365.
You will see a sample prompt in the middle row and an input field in the lower row.
If you are familiar with ChatPGT, you may enter your own prompts, but if you are unfamiliar, use the sample in the middle row.
This sample will change to another one when you reload it.
When you send a prompt, you will see the prompt and answer you entered.
If you want to go back to the beginning, click on "New Chat" in the upper right corner.
There is a prompt input field below, so you can type in any additional questions you may have.
A suggestion for the next prompt will also appear above the input field.
