How to efficiently enter 0 in a blank cell.(Microsoft Excel)
There are times when a cell is blank except for a cell with a number, and you want to fill it with zeros.
This is a common situation when using pivot tables.
You may enter the data manually, one cell at a time,
However, if the number of target cells is large, the time and effort required will increase.
Here we introduce an efficient solution.
Steps
First, enter 0 in only one cell, anywhere.
Copy the cell with the 0 entered and range-select the other cells.
From the right-click menu, select "Paste Special".
Select "Add" and press the "OK" button.
All blank cells will be populated with zeros.
